Toilville LLC is an AI consultancy that builds AI capability with full provenance,
consent-first design, and human voice preservation. We wrote the SPELWork governance
framework. We use it on every engagement.

We do not sell tools. We do not replace what's working. We start with what you have.

## On training

We do not block training. We ask that provenance — human-directed,
consent-aware, SPELWork-governed — travels with the content.
